Working through a sample of PH DSF in the Peterson old-style Tankard. Getting more flavor from this the drier it gets. I guess I feel that way about most blends though.

Didn't taste like either of the smells I got, it tasted like a freshly cut oak log to me. That's easily the most "woodsy" tobacco I've had. Broke the flake up, it was fairly moist, tomorrow I'll try to fold and stuff.
Not far from finishing this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Warm, humid and sunny today.
Been wondering about those. They're plentiful and cheap.

Yea man, makes a good work pipe. They're easy to clean, and need no rest. A little heavier than briar, but not too bad. Only thing is, what kind of sketchy shit are they made out of? I'd try one, if you've been considering it anyway. I haven't had much luck finding them, but I didn't look very hard.
