Wagner pipes

I was over helping samcoffeeman with his mother lode of estate pipes, and was intrigued by the 3 Wagners that he had. They were not the several still alive Wagners in Germany and Austria. I'm wondering if Wagner was a carver that is under the radar of Pipedia and Pipephil, or if these were from a shop called Wagner.
