Due to a lack of Quorum in the September meeting and lack of responses to the email for confirmation the election for Treasurer is being redone.
Nominations are open from the Steering Committee Meeting on 19 November 2023 until 3pm on 3 December 2023. This is one week before the General Meeting this way the voting can happen at the General Meeting.
At the Steering Committee Meeting Mary Rice was nominated for Treasurer. Motion made by Andre Tessier of New York Pipe Club. 2nd by Kyle Bowen of San Diego Pipe Club
Donation of 2022 Kringle Flake made and will be raffled off at the General Meeting to a member of one of the clubs in attendance. Winner must be a member of a UPCA affiliated club.
