wyfbane: true, they've always done partial orders without asking first - which I've always found slightly annoying, and the first time I ordered with them it cost me not getting the tobacco I wanted (because I was on the US for a limited time). But I know, and accept it. The problem this time is that my order still shows as "processing", and the missing items showed as "in stock". So I didn't know if they'd ever come, or were actually out of stock, or if it was simply missing and I should complain, or...
I understand their issues. It sucks when you rely on software and it comes crashing down. But then again it's not as if their service has always been stellar.
