So I got talking to the guy behind the counter at my local tobacco shop and he talked me into a tin of Yacht Club (as well as a nice CAO La Brazilia cigar). Upon opening the tin I first noticed the very sweet and enjoyable smell then the difference in the tobacco's texture and thickness compared to Captain Black Gold, or Old Dublin. After packing my pipe and lighting I found it to be a very smooth and almost creamy smoke, one of the more relaxing and enjoyable I've yet to have. Originally I was Ashton Winding Road, but for whatever reason my mind was changed. I'm hoping to get a tin of Reiner Vanilla Rum or Savinelli Black Cavendish next, but that being said every time I go into the shop with a brand in mind I walk out with something very different, and always good.
Edit: Moved to Pipe Tobacco Discussion, L.

Who makes yacht club? You're not talking about a Dunhill tin call Royal Yacht?

Mr. B's D-Series Yacht Club is what I'm referring to. I wouldn't call it 'local', I believe its from Toronto but available across the country and on-line.
