To answer your question, if you have aromatic blends you enjoy and want to cut, simply call C&D and order yourself up some unflavored Black Cavendish Blending Tobacco and mix it in to your satisfaction level. It will smooth it out and the problem may be solved.

I think the OP makes a pretty good point. I have some Peterson Sunset Breeze that I read here was pretty good stuff. So I bought a few tins to try it out. 1/2 though the 1st Tin, I dont really care for it. I dont hate it but I think its missing something. So I may cut it with some BCA that I have. Never tried doing that before so we'll see how that turns out...
