My favourite pipemaker around Nils Thomsen has won one of the biggest pipe competitions in the world first prize for his idea the "tinpipe". So you can fit a proper pipe (not like the vest pipe for example) in a 50Gtin with some tobacco a lighter and pipe tool and go out on your day. Practical, visually stunning.

If any of you can give him some love, please do. He is a great guy, and this is a great pipe series. :puffy:

When I was talking to him about the Ying Yang pipe, he told me that all the Japanese pipemakers were angry because an East German had thought of the idea instead of them. A great guy! :puffy:

Indeed, I'm going to get one of these very shortly. Which altogether would cost me £126.29, which I think is quite a good price. I want to get the Peterson Mark Twain set and one of the Peterson Sherlock Holmes pipes, but I think I would rather support a small pipe maker. I have also done "business" with Nils before and I like him so there is that added loyalty.
