Thoughts on Sutliff Match 20 and C&D Cordial

I have been smoking a lot of both Sutliff Match 20 and C&D Cordial. I've several pounds of each remaining and I need to replenish my supply. I want to stock only one kind in bulk. I enjoy Scottish style a little more than the other styles though I still enjoy the Balkans and so-called "straight" English a lot of the time.

Personally I find both Match 20 and Cordial about the same with the only difference being the Virginia and slightly more Oriental in the Cordial over the the Match 20. Both are mellow light and well-balanced. The price is about the same with the difference to me being negligible.

Without comparing to Dunhill My Mixture 965, what do others think of these two blends?

Same. I haven’t even heard of Cordial until now but Match 20 hits the spot so well I wouldn’t look for a replacement for it.

For a bulk Scottish maybe consider Mac Baren’s Scottish Mixture.
