Congrats on the new car! Jeep makes a great looking car.
For our "good" car (Buick LeSabre) I bought it used at 49,000 miles. Love the car, and would strongly consider the Buick Enclave if I can't find a good deal on another Subaru. I'm past taking the price depreciation on new cars - there was a time when we bought a new one every 2-3 years, now I'm a lot more conservative with my money.
(I'd actually buy a red sports car if my back wasn't so bad and I could get into one.)

The last SUV I owned was a 2006 Yukon XL and it was a beast, it barely fit in the garage, but it was comfy. I like that size better.
