Most likely, I’ll need to get the proper tapered reamers. I know a guy, but he’s pretty busy
The Short Army lines’ stems sure spoil a guy quickly!

Got a nice haul of Petes off of a guy. Only the 1s has been lightly smoked. The old 309 is going off to a certain someone for a 4AB stem treatment.
You my friend have some serious Peterson Acquisition Disorder and I salute you.
These are for my shop. I really wanted to keep the green spigot, but alas I've given my discretionary pipe funds away to someone else.
Did a 60* chamfer this morning and just finished a full chamber of Windjammer.
It smoked markedly better for having done it.
Thats too cool ! Id be petrified trying to drill it myself without a lathe

Relatively new to pipe smoking so here’s my small collection of Petersons. I enjoy all of them but probably smoke the Ashford 69 most regularly when I’m reading.
POTY 2022 and 2023. Deluxe System XL5s.

A couple months back I got a 2001 Peterson 68 with a horrid "dick-lip" that someone had tried to create with an incorrect bend and a forward oriented draft hole - I refused to smoke it as was. 
The first 2 pics were all I really have showing how it began. The final ones are after rustiepyles did his magic on it. And yes, it's a fantastic little performer, beautiful, feels great in the hand. It's a keeper.

Here are a couple of 1897 Peterson cheroots I picked up a few years ago, along with their case that originally had a pipe. Interestingly, one is a p-lip (smaller one on right) but has the 1897 hallmark. So these must have been put together in 1898 when the p-lip was introduced, but with 1897 bands.
Picked up these unsmoked beauties from @AroEnglish, POTY 2022 and 125th Aniv RUA. Now I've got enough Twains to fill up my five day rack. And this beautiful William Butler Yeats pipe finally arrived from Northern Ireland.
Finally got this pipe cleaned up. I had forgottten about it and found it in my box of restoration projects. The stem was a bright greenish yellow when I got it and the sterling band was almost black it was so tarnished. Now she's looking good and is ready to smoke
So here's a question. What was your first Pete and when did you buy it it? Mine was an Aran 03 I bought in the Peterson Dublin shop November 18th 2023.

Mine was a silver band 302 I bought in the Dublin shop in 1988.
The next year I bought a low-end 314 in a drugstore in Derry.
Deluxe 9s hallmarked 1976 which I got it in late 2022.
