Tonight's Pipes Magazine Radio Show will be co-hosted by Shane Ireland. Shane is the Pipe Manager, and Website Manager for SmokingPipes.com. Brian and Shane talk about up-coming pipe shows, the pipes and tobaccos they are smoking, and have some tobacco blend recommendations. They also discuss cross-over blends- something that may help an aromatic smoker cross-over to non-aromatics, and vice versa.

It's always a blast to sit down and enjoy the conversations between you (Brian) and Shane.
I don't think it was mentioned, but I would suggest Modern Virginia from Mac Baren as a good Aromatic to Virginia crossover blend. It still has a bit of noticeable fruit top dressing that's lightly done and compliments the natural Virginia notes, so you get more of an idea of what a Virginia blend is like than with most aromatics.
