I love the Deception Pass and Potlatch. Deception is becoming a favorite love that oriental leaf.

I've been smoking potlatch recently. In some ways nothing stand out but it's one of the few tobaccos I find myself distracted by and wanting to smoke. It has this slight toasted marshmallow thing going on for me. If someone said that to me I'd probably stieerclear but I mean in the most delicious way possible, like catching a faint whiff on fresh air in a wood of someone toasting marshmallows on a campfire.. The blend to my mind is subtle in the best sense of the word.

Today I received a few more tons of it along with a 2oz tin of Deception Pass. I'm smoking my first bowl of it and I feel deceived. I expected a nice va/per blend, but I'm tasting burnt chocolate, a product, I assume, of cav/oriental? I'm still going to give it a good run, but thus far I feel Deceived and think I'll pass

Order an OZ. a year ago, The River came across well, I got hints of toasty edges of chocolate chip cookies. The bag note reminded me of Coca Cola. How was was the cake presentation in that 8oz tin?
