RJ Morgans Pipe tobaccos & Fine Cigars

Good morning all,
I've recently come across an old sign for

"RJ Morans Pipe Tobacco & Fine Cigars"
But I've never heard of them before, I'm assuming that they were UK based but just wondered if anyone on the forums knew anything about them at all?

The only thing I see that hints at anything about them is the term "antique".

Maybe this bump will stir some of the codger's memories.
