The days of decent B&M’s here are sadly the same everywhere.
They no longer exist.
In Richmond Havana Connections with 3 locations around the metro would be your go to. All Sutliff Blends in bulk and. Some C&D Tins as well as Peterson tins. Excellent Cigar, Cigar accessories and lighter selection though.

On the other hand if your coming in via I81stop in Roanoke at Milan Tobacconist.
