Radica Pipes

I was looking over one of our sponsers site. "Paronelli Pipe". They sure put a lot of work into a super site with lots of info, esp.. for the new guys. If they paid to have that site made for them it cost a ton of money.

They have a lot of Radica pipes for sale. They are priced about like Sav's, Comoys, or GBD's. Next I went to the Bay to look at used Radica pipes. WOW! It's like they are almost giving them away, the bids are really low. I don't have a Radica pipe.

Do you have a Radica pipe? What do you think about it? Are they worth bidding on?

The Radicas I see are for blanks made for carving. Is that what you mean?

Nope, I don't think so.. After you click, site map, you will get a long list os entres. Each entre is a group of pipes. With pictures and prices. In my first post at the top I should have said. I have never heard of a Radica pipe before.

According to Google Translate, "radica" is Italian for "briar root".

I don't think it's a brand name.

I noticed that some Dunhills and Larsens were labeled Radica, so I think you're on to something.

OK, I see them. When clicked on the English translation it changed from "radica" to "briar".
