Positive eBay Purchase

Thought I would share a good eBay purchase I made: I won a pipe stamped "Shamrock," "A Peterson Product", "Made in Ireland":

This how it came out after I cleaned it up:

I won this for thirty, paid promptly, and the seller threw in an unsmoked old corn cob pipe:

My goal with the purchase was to get an Apple shape with a P-Lip stem, and got a bonus, and an good deal.

Thanks! The band is nickel, I should think, as the hallmarks are Peterson, according to the Peterson dating guide site. The pipe is very lightweight, and does have 2 fills. The stinger is really weird too, long like a needle. Tried it out with Shortcut to Mushrooms: draw is good and smoothe, no whistle, and the bowl heats evenly. The tobacco tasted good, and the bowl stayed comfortably warm in the hand. I made out like a bandit on this one!
