I think they are among the best. Have always been quite accommodating. It seems the big ones are often as good as the small when it comes to pipe stuff, a rarity in the retail world.

Have yet to have any negative experience with P&C. Definitely my go to online retailer!

In the past six months I've spent $50 ordering from P&C without a problem. In the same timeframe I've spent $1750 at Smokingpipes, the only difference being they ship to Canada. That's my only complaint, but it's their loss.

My only "complaint" with P&C's customer service is bittersweet.
I once placed an order in the evening, afterhours. I decided a bit later that I wanted to add something to my order. Their offices were closed for the night, but I saw that they would be open again the next morning. The next morning I called about half an hour after the customer service offices opened again... and they had already shipped my order! I couldn't add the extra product because they were ridiculously fast. How dare they! (I'm being sarcastic, in case that wasn't obvious). :clap:
