Orley- I think you can reproduce same at home: Soak the pipe for a week in a bowl of water. Then stick it in an oven @ 550º until you get the desired result. If no joy after 4-5 hours, plunge it into cold water again. Then freeze it for a day, then return to hot oven. Please post pictures! :)
