It's that time of the month again.
I just found out that our host, Pen & Pencil Club, is the oldest journalist club in the country. Another factoid: Philadelphia has a special parking rate downtown on Wednesday evenings - zero at 'metered' spaces. This includes the new spaces regulated by the kiosks, which normally take credit cards and even cash.
Dinner is one of the best deals in Philly. Guests are welcome, as always.
