Here's some pictures of my latest acquisition, a Peterson Dracula 03. Thanks to the folks at Cup O Joes for allowing me to order one over the phone on Friday and having it at my house by Monday afternoon!

All right I can't take it any more. I was bitten by the bat. I just placed my order for the Pete Drac #68.

I should mention if anyone else does get "bitten", lol, Cup O Joe's has them in stock in the #68, #03, #X105. If they're not up on the site yet you can call them on their toll free number and ask for it by name.

Could never find one with a swirl that I liked. All the good ones got bought quick and in a hurry.

The most recent ones that I've seen are black sandblasts rather than the flat black paint. I think they look much nicer but that just might be my opinion.

Spartan, I agree the swirls vary drastically from pipe to pipe and you really have to pay attention to the actual pipe you are getting. I was happy I waited on mine until I could get a good image of the pipe I was purchasing.

I forgot to mention, if you're a fan of the "03",you'll probably like the "XL02" as well. I have one in the Aran series, it's kinda like the big brother to the "03".

roth did his own post, but on an earlier thread, he pointed out that the Dracula series is a limited

run and once they sell out, that's it. I'm intrigued by the Dracula series, but like others, I find it

over the top. Along the same lines, but done in a more subtle way, I bought a BC bent billiard

sandblast "Caprice," which has a black sandblast bowl and a deep raspberry stem, with a silver

colored band. Some of the same visual cues, but not so vampire-centric. But for thems who like

the Count, the Draculas are a unique line.
