In my research I found this:
""Who Made That Pipe" lists Oxfords made in England by John Alysbury, S. McLardy, Saseni, J. Redman, Hall & Fitzgerld, L. Orlik, and GBD, and in France by La Bruyere as far back as 1918 and Chacom. "
This pipe is stamped London Made.
