Don't be intimidated by the tobacco crawl. Join in say what you think. The more different perspectives the better experienced or not. I have only been smoking my pipes for about 2 months so I do not have any experience in reviewing but I just post my first thoughts of the blend and then add onto it if needed. Reading the other reviews and then trying the blend again has really opened my eyes to the more subtle flavors.

SPC - Mississippi River can use a bit of dry time before smoking. I thought it was ok, but I found it flat regarding taste. SPC - Plum Pudding is much better in my opinion.
With all the blends you've tried, I'm seeing a pattern. You keeps smoking aromatics, but aren't really crazy about them. I would advise getting an ounce of Dunhill's Early Morning Pipe, and take the plunge to see if a non-aromatic is right for you.
I'm a huge fan of Burley. Carter Hall and Prince Albert are easy to find, and smoke well. C&D has lots of burleys that are great as well.
