My first burley smoke

I am the opposite in that I have tried and enjoyed more burleys than I can count t but have never ventured into straight Virginia or straight oriental territory. I am curious as to what you all think the flavoring is in golden extra, and as for Virginia's i plan on ordering up the Virginia tin sampler from p&c to see how I feel about them!

I think there is some sugar water (pretty common with MacB blends) and a good bit of Cocoa.

I love burley. And a good burley blend is quite a thing. Too bad Mac Baren stopped making Burley London Blend

So true. I just got my order from p&c's found stash. Smoking first bowl tonight I love almost all burleys but this is next level. Kicking myself. At least you have a chance to get esoterica etc. this stuff is gone. Can't for life of me understand why they discontinued this blend.
