Mr Brog #33 Stem Question - Is This Normal ??

I just received a new Mr Brog #33 - I removed the filter,smoked about a half a bowl. tried to run a cleaner through the stem and something is blocking it....? I shined a light in it and It does not appear to be tobacco.
Is this normal and I'm just stupid ??

thanks. I think it was designed that way just never had one like that

Did you try turning the pipe cleaner to sort of wiggle it past?

yes I tried all kinds of wiggling and different cleaners..etc. It smoked very well

Since the stems on mine seem molded, like a MM, I would contact Mr Brog and see if they could send you a new one. They are quite good at customer service from my experience.

So you have a 33 and a cleaner will go through stem ??

I don't have a 33 but I have 2 other Brogs and cleaners pass easily. If you want to talk to a piper who has one and make sure, PM 4dotsasieni.

I have 5 Brogs and they all pass a cleaner easily mate. Pm Mr. Brog and let him know you are having trouble, I am sure he will rectify it. His customer service is awesome.

thanks, I have emailed him. After further inspection it is a piece of plastic probably from the molding process of the stem that maybe dripped or something. I was able to move it to the side to pass a cleaner through it but the piece of plastic is still attached
I also ordered a bulldog from Mr Brog should be here next week
