I eyeballed a mix of MO Meerschuam Country Gentleman tabac with some Chestnut 50/50. Great smoke. Going to weigh some out and see what I can get.
Favorite home mixes?

After reading posts about Fat Albert (1:1 BCA + Prince Albert) I mixed 2oz last night and will give it a few weeks to marry before trying it

Wow, greyfoxactual, that may be the most complicated blend yet! A Walnut match, Chestnut alone contains something like 6 or 7 different tobacco leaves. Now add to that whatever MM Country Gentleman contains and you've really got something! Good find! From what I read, tweaking is how Russ Ouellette got his start in the profession.

I get dependably good results with any good Virginia like McC's 5100, a good burley like PS 702, in equal parts, and a pinch of Black Cavendish. I tinker with leavings of various leafs like GH Irish Black rope and whatever is left over, but the Va/Bur/Cav usually comes up good. Chestnut is so good in its own right, I haven't mixed it with anything, yet.
