Kudos To Cup-O-Joe's

I recently took advantage of Cup-O-Joe's 12/25 Christmas day sale; ordered a couple of tins. The order processed and arrived rapidly considering the Holiday schedules for businesses and Post Office. There was a mixup on the order (stuff happens) and after a brief phone call today, all is squared away.
The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and courteous - great service.
I'd have to endorse them as at least an Internet retailer.

I've had good experiences with Cup O Joes, wish they were still a sponsor here. That was an interesting sale, required some clever programing on their web site. Especially if you were already shopping for one of the higher end pipes, it was a prime opportunity. I had some luck with similar sales at smokingpipes.com, with a new Ser Jacopo and two Luciano -- can't get 'em at those prices any more.
