The Kabuto curved arm flipper seems to work quite well for me. Different hand shapes or sizes might make the difference.

Yes; diff strokes, diff folks and all, too. Perhaps because I've use others it' s just easier and quicker to flip with my thumb and then roll the wheel with it. (It is a very slight reduction in motion).
