These come up here from time to time. The consensus is that the item is on reorder and is "out of stock" from the seller. Either it is easier for ebay sellers to just keep relisting with a ridiculous price or they are such tightwads they do it to save the 30 cent fee for creating a new listing when they get one back in stock.
