I've always only kept 2 blends on hand at a time and would certainly like to have more variety than 1. But that leaves me only choosing between my 2 favorites, ODF and C&D Odessa. Think the former edges out the latter.

I think the diligence, cleverness and passion of Messrs Pease, Johnson, Oulette, Lankford, Reeves et al will, with a tiny bit of common sense summoned up by the FDA, will allow great newish blends to survive. Warning: I've been wrong once before.

If pushed to pick only one:

Beck's Ol' Limey Bastard
(which now edges out Engine 99 and Old Joe Krantz, but barely so).

Shaven or Unshaven ?
Depends on my mood. Nothing wrong if her suit is hirsute, but I lean toward the latter most days.
