Interesting question. I think it has been brought up before here, and tastes do change. My first choice would be the bent bulldog, as I have 3 of those. I like the mouth feel of the wide bits they have. The bent Rhodesian would be next in line. After that, I like the Danish freehand shapes.

I am more interested in the whole package, and if a pipe speaks to me, I have to acquire it, regardless of the shape. Probelm is, they all speak to me, bwahahaha.

Straight billiard. I've really been enjoying how much variety you can find in the one shape-I particularly like the Danish takes on it.

Full bent billiards come in second, but not a close one.

I would do pokers or freehands (not sure if that is classified as a shape cause they are all different usually)

Tapered stem bent Rhodesian comes first followed by long Canadian.
I have found that pot shape equals "do not want!".

I'll take a Billiard, but I reseve the right to bend some stems and keep some straight.
If I get to choose the brand or carver I'll take nearly any of the traditional shapes.
