Thank you all for the suggestions!
I am fortunate that I live right on the border of Washington and Idaho, so I can go to Idaho where there are a few quality tobacco shops that I can get some baccy from! And I am learning from some fine Washingtonians that there are still ways to get the tobacco we all crave.
I have added Mississippi River and Larrys blend to my recent samplings. Both super tasty. I look forward to trying a lot of McCellends blends...seems like 1776 and deep hollow sound great. Same with Virginia woods

Im a big fan of Old Dog when it comes to a good stout english blend.. Not too intense, but just good enough!

As a new piper myself, I have to say the two blends that really rocked my world are Escudo (VaPer) and Pease Abingdon (Balkan).

I'm a new pipe smoker too and have been most impressed with:
Escudo Navy Deluxe(VaPer)

Erinmore Flake (Virginia/Burley)

SG Full Virgina Flake (Virginia)

Orlik Golden Sliced (Virginia/Perique)
So many others to try though!

Here is what I have open right now.
Presbyterian Mixture - A nice English.

Wessex Burley Slice - nutty with a hint of BBQ in the tin

Capstan Original Navy - a fine Virginia. I swear I get a whiff of cinnamon in the tin sometimes.

Germain Medium Flake - underrated in my opinion. I am having a bowl now. Fantastic Leaf.

Uhle's Crushed White Burley - codger house blend at its best. A bit mild.

GL Pease Haddo's Delight - I would try to describe this in words, but I would fall short.
