I bought this Chacom Pipe at a local B&M and he didn't know what exact model it was, only knew it was a Chacom. It is small no more than about 4 inches long perhaps and has the number25 engraved at the bottom.

I paid $100 new. Is this a good price? is this a good brand name? is this particular pipe a good choice?

That's a Chacom Exquise. It's part of their Classic line.

$100 is not overpaying, but your didn't get a spectacular deal...

Enjoy your new pipe.

By the way, Chacoms are very good pipes. French, and all of my Chacoms have been drilled well and are great smokers. You will enjoy that pipe for many years to come.
