Good EU online retailer?

Hi guys,
I need some recommendations for online retailers in the EU, selling bulk blends (house blends and/or brand name) that would ship to any country in the EU and have an English interface, as well.
I'm doing this for a friend, I have no idea which online shops over there are trustworthy and which are not. Thanks in advance!
