On Saturday I am going to my local B&M. I want to expand my Latakia collection; I already have some Penzance, Nightcap, and the Frog series.
I was thinking about some Dunhill London Mixture, SG Commonwealth, or maybe Pembroke.
Comments??? Suggestions???

I dont think Epiphany is that lat strong but a C&D blend with a nice med lat taste would be Easy Times and a strong lat blend from C&D would be Engine 99 you open the tin and it smells like fire fighters coat.

Commonwealth would be a good one to pick up. Unlike the rest mentioned, it's only Latakia and Virginia, it'll be a good baseline for your tongue to be able to notice what is not there.
I'll heartily second the GLP Lagonda suggestion, and maybe recommend some GLP Westminster as well.

If he's got SG blends in stock, look at Squadron Leader and Balkan Flake.

If he carries Peterson, try some Old Dublin.
Artisan is certainly worth trying, and I would recommend MacBaren HH Vintage Syrian in the same vein.
