Getting your Dunhills fixed by Dunhill

So whats the deal? If I want to get a stem for an old Dunhill, will the good peeps at Dunhill factory accommodate such request?

All you can do is ask Dunhill.

Schulte's Pipe Repair in Vero Beach, Fla is the only designated Dunhill repair service in the USA. Give them a call @ 772-564-0079.

I have been lead to believe that the Blatter shop once did work for Dunhill, but I don't think they are currently.
I'm pretty sure that Schulte's is the only gig in NA with London's approval.
