A match made in heaven...whatever finish you choose, a great choice; Smoking a Golden Danish (45) with some good old Dunhill EMP and other great English blend from C&D...a great match

Two smokes so far with my new Sixtus estate, 965 and Nightcap-good so far save for some operator error (I get a bit hasty with new pipes...). I'd have to agree.

Very nice - I wish Stanwell made that pot shape in the featherweight size. That golden danish is a sweet finish.

45 Sterling..on my radar...beep beep

One thing Ill ad that Ive noticed on the 45 model..

depending on the origin of it...Danish were .8 to 1 wide bore and

from what I have seen the Italian makes for the most part are now .7s.
Im into specs..a lil bit.

Both of pipes are a pot style which is very good for english blends.

I do have 7 pot include Dunhill, Savory, Savinelli Classica, Savinelli Samanda,Gefapip, HJB Imported briar.

All of them are very good match for english blends.
