Email help

Ok, dumb question, I didn't find a topic for it in the forum. Trying to update my profile and it's saying that the email I am trying to put in isn't valid. I triple checked my spelling and it still says invalid, any fixes for this?

Much appreciated, i finally got it working, turns out it just wouldn't let me do it from my phone, had to use a computer instead.
