Hi I live in Canada and I shop on Ebay Canada and every now and then i look on the USA Ebay and can see a lot of better things on it can you buy off the USA Ebay

Yes. The drawback, if you use Fedex or UPS, is that they charge about $30 to do the customs paperwork. Use the mail if possible.
