So I think maybe March (not sure) I posted about a T. Cristiano pipe that had a few pin holes in the shank. I got a lot of great suggestions, but a lot of them required some wood working knowledge or tools I don't have.
So I thought about it and I ended up stuffing the shank with pipe cleaners first. Then I took my daughters school glue gel stick what ever its called, and I plucked off a small ball about the size of a pea and shoved it into the holes as best I could. I removed the pipe cleaners and let it set a few days. Then I took a wet cloth and wiped off the outside of the bowl. I've smoked this pipe a lot and it's 100% sealed now. Just wanted to post this and maybe help someone else out.
The pipe does have one other problem though, the shank whistles a little. It's not the stem nor related to the repair its the drill hole. If anyone has a 5 minute fix for that I'd be much obliged. But over all it doesn't bother me too much. But anyways, just sharing the info.
