If you think your tobacco is slightly too moist, how long do you let it dry, and do you just put it on a piece of paper, or paper towel? Something else?
I have only had a couple of what I considered to be too moist tobaccos, but I just dealt with the numerous relights, etc, since I wasn't sure if I should dry it for minutes or hours.
