I've been using this to keep track of inventory. The data entry takes awhile to get caught up but it seems rather effective. It works in the cloud but you can download a file for excel.

It is hard for me to cellar like that as I have only been serious about the pipe starting this year. I don’t want to buy bulk pounds until I know I like something. That said I did buy a pound of HH Vintage Syrian and PS LNF without trying them first. The Vintage Syrian is nice for when I want to have a light English (not that often) and after three months in a jar I have just gotten to the point where the LNF is acceptable. I have learned that the next time I have the money (maybe in the fall) I need to pick up a pound of ODF as that has become a favorite and maybe a pound of HH Latakia Flake (but the only sample of this I have is a 4 year old tin I got in a trade for a hammock and I really want to see how it compares to a new tin).

To start with I only smoked blends offered in bulk so if I liked it I could get a pound.I just started sampling tins.
