I've been wondering about Semois, so I enjoyed darwin's post. Some really hate it. I haven't heard it praised

much, now that it is actually available. I'm just trying Old Joe Krantz and enjoy it a lot.

I suggest trying it first in small bowl doses, Group One-ish or so. That way, if packed not to its liking, it will be done just before it decides to execute the Schlieffen Plan on your tongue.
