Yesterday I started a thread about a problem with the BnB website not recognizing the free shipping advertised on Bizrate and Shopzilla. It turns out that BnB isn't at fault - it's a glitch in how the partner merchant website interacts with BnB's advertising feed.
But as soon as I sent an email to BnB about the situation, they immediately stepped up to the plate. They actually called me to manually process my order to honor the Shopzilla free shipping tags on BnB merchandise.
I thought since my last thread had a negative subject line about BnB, it was only fair that I should post a new thread to let folks know how well BnB responded to my problem. Good job, guys!!
