Blend Nicknames

I've been quickly working my way through a tin of Dunhill Flake from 2013 or 2014, and I think it's nickname should be Arnold Palmer. It tastes like lemonade sweet iced tea to me. The grass/hay flavor has really given way to a nice tall glass of half and half.

I've got nicknames for things I've mixed or blended, but not another word for one that is already named... except McB's Virginia #1, of which I just refer to as a mouthful of yellow jackets.
