Anyone Know Cesare Pipes?

I have a Cesara pipe, but know nothing about this pipe maker. Anyone familiar with these?

The pipe is marked Cesara Suprema 2 on the top side of the shank and 104 and Italy on the bottom side of the shank; the stem has what looks like a pearl dot on the top side and is marked Hand Cut on the bottom side. It needs some work, but looks like a nice pipe. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Barontini second like Aldo Velani or L'Artigiana Italy pipe.

I do have Sabbatia 104 and it's smoke great.
