There used to be a club that met at Allegheny Smokeworks in Blawnox but I don't know if that's still a thing. It's probably worth giving the shop a call.

I happened to stop by Allegheny Smokeworks near Fox chapel, PA about the same time you were posting this. I bought a Nording and a Geppetto pipe and some tobacco and saw the sign below. Paul at the counter said the Washington County Club still meets there.
