Nice work. I haven't done too much in the way of armor, but for quite a few years I did a lot of 1:48 aircraft. I was a big WWII warbird guy.

Same here. It got to where I was just building them to gift to people. My kids were young then, and if they didn't break them, my inconsiderate klutz of an ex-wife would! I built a B-25 for her grandmother, whose late husband was a mechanic on them in Italy during the Big War, and one of Frank Gabreski's P-47 for a co-worker whose dad flew with him at some point. Sure was a lot of fun!

That actually makes the build mean so much more than just a hobby build. Really cool stories.
BTW...an inconsiderate ex wife? Anyone with an ex wife knows that simply does not exist...LOL

I might get into armor someday.
Like aldecaker, I've built mostly 1:48 scale airplanes. The last one was an SB2C Helldiver for my WWII veteran neighbor.
I've got a bit of a backlog on my shelves of kits to build.
