Any Ideas?

Found this while going through my dads collection. I don’t see anything on it which identifies it. I believe this may be one that my grandfather brought back from Europe because he brought back a larger decorative pipe as well from WW2.
Anyone see one like this before or know where I can try to find info on it?

Pretty standard cheroot holder. Most likely made in Vienna somewhere around 1890- 1915
