The last photo was August 15 when I got the Altinok back from RyaAltinok.jpgn Alden. The first 2 photo is then, the subsequent ones are today around 47 bowls later. This pipe has right around 200 bowls smoked.

Now that smoking season has arrived once again Deep in the Heat, I mean Heart of Texas, I'm debating if I want to begin breaking this beauty in. I'm a little scared cause it'just too purdy!

Looks like your a wet smoker, it should age from the bottom of the bowl, keep the pipe up and wait, it takes years to get it right, I know from many years, I'm a wet smoker and ruined a few Meerschaums until I knew better, keep it tipped up a bit and you will get better results. puffy

None of them color the same way from pipe to pipe. Each one's unique.

Yes, please show us what you mean! I've never heard of moisture ruining a meerschaum.
