    Riddle Me This

I don't like aromatic cigars, but I can smoke any of them without a hint of tongue bite! Yet, I would love to be able to smoke Aro pipe tobacco, but ALL of them give me tongue bite! What gives? Why can't pipe tobacco blenders use the same flavorings as those found in the cheap gas station cigars?!?

Kajun Kake - Mold - Check Your Stash

Had an opened 8 oz of Kajun Kake with a couple of cakes in it. Decided to check on it today - it was all moldy. So I opened a new 8 oz can, well, I'll let the picture speak. Both cans are from 2014, so you may want to check your stash. Not sure if just an isolated problem, but there goes money...

    VA+Oriental recommendations

A relatively new blend for me - dark VAs with Oriental, and I am really digging McClelland Matured VA 24, after I found a few tins with 5 years on them. I am looking for similar recommendations in the dark VA with some Oriental leaf, no flavorings added, profile. Any recommendations?

    Not gettng the cob...

I've tried cobs in the past (read many years ago) with unsatisfactory results. But after reading about all the cob fans here, a week ago I decided to grab a MM Washington from a local store and really give it a try. I'm going fishing+camping next week with a bunch of buddies, so I though it...

Nightcap BULK - Who makes it?

Years ago Dunhill Nightcap bulk was made by Lane. Does anyone have any solid information about who makes the current bulk? Is it the same as the tins? I would like to grab a few pounds to jar, but don't want to waste money if it's not the same as the tin.

    Strongest Burely?

I see there is a burley thread, but didn't want to hijack it. I would like to add some burley to some English blends to boost up the nic. Those of you guys that smoke burley - which pure burley "blends" have the most nic? The stronger, the better, so I don't have to use much and dilute the...

Weirdest thing you've found in your baccy?

So, I'm crumbling this cake and low and behold - a pebble! lol, small one, the size of a raisin, but it was first for me. I also found some 1' white threads in the same cake, no idea what they were, probably pieces of tobacco bale? I figured, I can't be the only one finding things in the...

    Good EU online retailer?

Hi guys, I need some recommendations for online retailers in the EU, selling bulk blends (house blends and/or brand name) that would ship to any country in the EU and have an English interface, as well. I'm doing this for a friend, I have no idea which online shops over there are trustworthy and...

    Twist and Nicotine

Something that I've been wondering about for a very long time: What makes the Gawiths twists so strong in the nic department, compared to other VA tobaccos? If I could get an "English" blend with at least the Black XX strength - I would be set for life. Why can other blends pack the nic those...

    G.L. Pease loaded with PG?!

Hi guys, Been reading the forum occasionally, had to sign up today to get some advice. The story may be a bit on the long side, but bare with me, please. I had full intentions of adding a few GL Pease blends in my next tobacco order, so I went down to the cellar to see what I have on hand, just...
